As the Social Media Manager at Blackhawk Network for the U.S. corporate pages (and four other owned brands and their social pages!), I managed it all. My roles included paid ad management, editorial content calendar building, post writing, scheduling/posting, community management, assisting with graphic design, video editing, sales enablement, supporting international teams and more.
Key Highlights and Projects

Generated hundreds of social-driven leads for the B2B side of the business by starting a new LinkedIn Lead Gen ads and Marketo Integration process that was not in place previously.​

Worked with creative team to create a cohesive look and feel for all social pages (U.S. and international) during global company rebrand and even corresponding LinkedIn employee cover photos. Updated all pages to reflect profile best-practices.

Created a path towards social-first content processes with product marketing, project management and the creative team. This yielded higher-caliber graphics and video tailored for social that resulted in more engagement and leads.

Onboarded and assisted the Customer Service team onto a new social media management platform (Sprout Social) for more efficient social media customer service when they had previously been manually checking all pages natively.
