While working for Gannett | USA Today's digital marketing agency, ReachLocal (now LocaliQ), I had the opportunity to work on hundreds of client paid social campaigns across all major social platforms. I managed a book of over $590K monthly ad spend.
Client: Fitness Trainer - Kenya Crooks

Problem: Client said business had been stagnating and was looking for new ways to grow. He wanted to increase the number of quality, potential leads he could market to in order to drive more fitness program purchases.

Solution: As the lead paid social specialist on his account, I worked with the client to develop a new Facebook strategy using Lead Gen and Message ads. We targeted followers of his FB/IG pages and lookalikes of lead gen form submitters. We also utilized his top performing video ads as the creative for the new campaigns.

Upon launching we saw great engagement and hundreds of leads came in during the first week and weeks following as I continued to optimize. He was able to put those leads in his marketing funnel and increased his fitness program conversion rate by 2-3X with about a $2-3 CPL. He said the FB ad campaign completely changed his business!

Client: Home Window Repair - Renewal by Andersen
Problem: Client came to us looking to use social media as a new avenue to bring highly-qualified leads for their sales team to convert.
Solution: Knowing this client was focused on getting quality leads, we formed a FB Lead Gen ad strategy targeting each of their regional city service areas. In addition to interest targeting, we customized the lead form questions to qualify users who were ready to purchase. This ensured the sales team wasn't wasting their time on follow-ups.
We also tested 3 ad types in each city (video, carousel and single image ads) which allowed us to optimize between the highest-performers by service area.
We drove over 440+ leads over a 6 month time frame, which generated enough converted sales to meet the client's ROI needs!

55+ LinkedIn Membership Leads for Professional Society
Client: Professional Society - Society for Mining, Metallurgy & Exploration (SME)
Problem: This client had a healthy LinkedIn traffic campaign, but was looking to push the needle further with their new membership sign-ups.
Solution: I recommended testing the LinkedIn Lead Gen ad format which was a first for this client They agreed to try it out with a limited-time promo offer. After getting the form and ads (image & video) set up, we ended up driving a whopping 57 new membership leads in just the first month of the campaign!
The client was impressed with the number and quality of the leads, especially for such a niche industry and they continued to renew their campaign!

Client: High-End Jewelry Brand - Maui Divers

Problem: Client was looking to test Pinterest again after trying it on their own in the past with little sales results. Generating online purchases for a high price point jewelry brand can be a daunting task, but I was up to the challenge.

Solution: My team and I wanted to make sure we used the client's robust budget wisely and we wanted to push the limits of Pinterest shopping capabilities + integrate the client's Shopify.
We devised a full-funnel strategy using 3 separate campaigns - drive site traffic, drive conversion actions, and drive purchases using Shopify catalog product ads. The entire set-up was first of its kind for my social team department for the Pinterest platform. I dove head-first and was able to successfully import the client Shopify catalog, connect their Shopify Pinterest Pixel and track all conversions/purchases!
In one month, we drove thousands of conversion actions, including 15 purchases which was fantastic considering the high price-point of these products!
